Behind the scenes, our team is busy preparing for your arrival to ensure a smooth and enjoyable start!

In the weeks leading up to your first day, you’ll receive a few important emails from us:

  • Check-In & Employee Info Form
    This email will come from ‘StepStone HR’ service-now@stepstonegroup.com.
    It includes a quick check-in and a form for you to complete. You can expect this about three weeks before your start date.
  • Week-Out Check-In
    This email will also come from ‘StepStone HR’ service-now@stepstonegroup.com.
    It will provide a refresher on your Day One schedule and share final details to help you feel confident and ready.

About your first day

📍Arrival Time
Please plan to arrive at the office no later than 9:00 AM CET on your first day.

📍Dress Code
Our office follows a business casual dress code.

📍Headshot
Your headshot will be taken on your first day by a member of our team for use in your Outlook and Teams profiles. Please either come prepared to have your photo taken, or, if you prefer, feel free to bring a headshot to submit instead.

📍Headphones
Please bring a paid of standard audio jack headphones or those with Bluetooth connectivity to complete virtual trainings. 

Building access

Our space is located within a coworking suite. If you need help locating the office, feel free to speak with the building’s reception or security, or reach out to us at hr@stepstonegroup.com for assistance.
