Kristine Westley is Managing Director of Operations at StepStone Private Wealth.  In this role, she oversees operations including customer service, vendor management, support of existing products, due diligence and developing the back office to support new technologies and regulatory implementations.  In addition, she participates in the development of new products, technology initiatives and sales opportunities.

Before joining StepStone Private Wealth, Ms. Westley was Managing Director of Fund Operations at FS Investments overseeing all fund operations for traded and non-traded business development companies, REITs, interval funds and mutual funds.  Additionally, she was Senior Vice President at CNL Financial Group in a similar capacity.  She has been involved in several liquidation and listing events, initiated and assisted in rebuilding the industry’s record-keeping system to accommodate non-traded investments, and continues to guide the industry toward efficient technology solutions. She has worked several years at the sponsor level on broker-dealer due diligence for alternative investments.  Prior to CNL she worked at GE Capital.

Ms. Westley earned her BS in Marketing at Ferris State University.

Ms. Westley is a member of the Investment Program Association where she participates on the Operations Committee.  She also serves on the DTCC Roundtable Committee for its Alternative Investment Product (AIP).  She is a member of the Cornerstone Society with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida.
